Dr. Janikula now offers his intensive mental health program!

No one understands the complex nature of mental illness and homeopathy like Dr. Janikula.  His program reflects this complex understanding. When approaching illnesses such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I, and OCD, success with homeopathy requires accurate prescription of medicines, frequent follow-up, and diligent observation of progress.  Each patient is truly unique, and every patient requires treatment equally unique.  Dr. Janikula’s program was designed to achieve the highest success possible for regaining one’s health in the face of very challenging disorders.

Highlights of Dr. Janikula’s Program

• This initial program starts with 3 months of treatment with all consultations and homeopathic medicines included, no matter how frequent.
• The first consultation is comprehensive, typically lasting 3-8 hours and involves both the patient and family.
• A symptom summary report is developed and provided to both the patient and other health care providers.   This is very important as most doctors do not spend enough time to understand the big picture and often have given the patient the wrong diagnosis.  With all the accurate information laid out, diagnosis is simple and should be confidently recognized by all.
• Follow-up visits are timed to precisely ensure improvement is occurring as quickly as possible and adjustments are made when necessary.
• A custom homeopathic kit is provided to ensure medicines are available when they are needed.

Intensive care phase

The first three months of treatment usually require the most intensive care and follow up.  Three months is rarely enough time to to have complete removal of all symptoms, but it does provide adequate time to observe significant and progressive improvement.   At the end of the three month period an assessment is made by both the patient/family and Dr. Janikula to determine the level of care necessary for continued progress.

Continued treatment

The next phase of the program happens from the 3rd month to the end of the first year.  During this phase we expect continued improvement and progression towards health.  At the end of one year, we again assess how improvement has progressed and determine the level of maintenance care required for lasting wellness.
